What size should I order?

To find your perfect size, please refer to our Size Guide as well as any fit notes listed in the product details for your chosen styles. Need more help? Chat live with the peony girls by clicking the bottom right corner of the screen.

When will you be restocking sold out items?

All peony styles are handmade in limited numbers and are not restocked. From time to time, limited sizes may become available. You can be notified when an item is back in stock by signing up to be notified on the product page. To ensure you don’t miss out, we recommend ordering as soon as possible.

What are your sustainable swimwear fabrics made from?

Every single peony swimwear piece is made from recycled and sustainable fabrics. This includes our printed fabrics, our custom textures and even our inner linings. 

For our printed fabrics, we use fabric made from ECONYL® yarn, a 100% regenerated nylon fibre made from nylon waste otherwise polluting the earth, like fishing nets, fabric scraps, carpet flooring and industrial plastic rescues from all over the world. 

For our custom textured fabrics and linings, we develop these fabrics in-house using GSR certified recycled fibre, such as REPREVE®. 

Where does the recycled nylon come from?

This depends on the fabric.

For our printed fabrics, we use fabric made from ECONYL® yarn, a 100% regenerated nylon fibre made from nylon waste otherwise polluting the earth, like fishing nets, fabric scraps, carpet flooring and industrial plastic rescues from all over the world.

For our custom textured fabrics, we develop these in-house using GSR certified recycled fibre, such as REPREVE® which is made predominantly from post-consumer plastic bottles.

Is recycled nylon the same quality as regular nylon?

Yes, it is exactly the same. The quality of the recycled nylon fabric is not compromised at all during the regeneration process. In fact, the nylon waste is recycled right back to its original purity meaning it is exactly the same as virgin nylon.

What is your packaging made of?

Considering the outside as much as the inside, we use compostable and biodegradable packaging throughout our supply chain. Your peony pieces will be lovingly hand wrapped in recycled, compostable and FSC certified tissue paper. Our mailer bags are made from waste, using only renewable solar power, no water, acid or bleaches. They are designed to be re-used, but at the end of their useful life can be recycled with soft plastics and are otherwise inert in nature. Our shipping labels are also compostable with adhesive made from renewable materials. As a certified carbon neutral business, peony invests in environmental projects to offset our deliveries, so your order will arrive to you carbon neutral, on us.

Where do I enter a discount code?

If paying using our regular checkout: The discount code is entered at the very end of the check out process. Once shipping and payment details have been entered, you will be able to enter the code. 

If paying with Paypal: The discount code is entered at the very end of the check out process. Once shipping and payment details have been entered with Paypal, you will be redirected back to our site, where you will be able to enter the code. Don't worry, you will not be charged until you have had the chance to enter the discount code and the discount has been applied to the total of your order.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can check out as a guest or you can create an account. The benefits of creating an account are that when you sign in next time your shipping and billing addresses will be automatically inputted saving you time. You will also be able to keep track of past and current orders.

Is it safe to purchase from the online store?

Yes, purchasing from our online store is extremely safe and secure. Our website uses Secure Socket Layering (SSL), an encryption technology that ensures safe internet transmission of your personal information. We do not store your credit card details nor do we share your personal information with any third party.

How do I track my parcel?

Once your order has been shipped the email confirmation will include a tracking number to ensure that you can track it right up until it arrives.

Note: For orders shipped outside of Australia we ship via DHL Express International Courier.

What is peony’s return policy?

We want you to adore your peony pieces. If you decide your order is not quite right, you can return it to us within 14 days of delivery, for a store credit, exchange or refund. Sale items are eligible for store credit or exchange only. For more information on Returns, head to our Returns page.

What are your sale T&C's?

We do not offer refunds on sale items. Sale items are eligible for a store credit only. All discounted styles are considered sale items, unless marked otherwise. Full priced items purchased with a promotion code are also considered ‘sale’ and can only be returned for a store credit. Your store credit will be issued to your email and can be used towards your next purchase.

Do I have to pay for returns?

A flat rate of $10 AUD applies to all Australian returns. A flat rate of $30 AUD applies to all New Zealand returns. This will be deducted from your refund amount.

How do I return my order?

To lodge a return, click here and follow the steps within the return portal. You must lodge your return within 14 days from delivery. This will involve entering your order details, selecting the items you wish to return or exchange and packaging your items. For Australian returns, no printer is required, simply scan the barcode and print your label on the spot upon drop off at Australia Post. For New Zealand returns, a printer will be required for our courier collection return service. For information on Returns, head to our Returns page.

What packaging should I use for my return?

Our mailer bags are designed for reuse. We encourage you to ship items back using the original peony packaging the order was delivered in.

Do you offer exchanges?

We want you to adore your peony pieces. You have 14 days from delivery to exchange your item/s for an alternate style or size. When exchanging for a different size or style, we ship to you free of charge. To learn more about exchanges, visit of Terms page. You can process your exchange via our return portal.
