Any access and use of information on this website including purchasing of our product/s is subject to the following term and conditions.
At any time, Peony reserves the right to review and amend the Terms & Conditions. Peony therefore recommends you read our terms and conditions each time you visit our website.
For Returns, you must lodge returns within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed with hygiene liners and swing tags in place.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items. Sale items can be returned for a 100% store credit only. All styles within the 'SALE' tab are considered 'sale'. Full priced items purchased with a temporary promotion code are also considered ‘sale’ and are only eligible for a store credit. Your store credit will be issued in the form of a code, which you can apply at the checkout to purchase an alternate size or style online.
Customs and Duties
This website services Australia and New Zealand. Customs and duties charges do not apply for Australian orders. New Zealand orders over $1000 may attract customs and duties charges. Please note, peony does not cover customs duties or charges.
peony pieces are limited and for this reason we cannot guarantee sizes or styles will be available when using your store credit to exchange.
Please follow the care instructions on the label to prolong the life of your garment as we cannot fix colour fading, burring or pulling, lack of elasticity, fabric deterioration, colour running or any other symptoms of normal wear and tear.
All of our styles are handmade with care and are inspected before being shipped to ensure the highest quality garments are being sent to you. In the unlikely event that swimwear is faulty, please contact us immediately so we can arrange for a replacement. If the item is no longer in stock, we will issue a full refund.
