The Gift is automatically applied at checkout once the qualifying spend threshold is met — no code is required.
Limit of one Gift per order. This offer can be used in conjunction with sale items, but cannot be combined with any other discount code, including the new customer welcome code.
The Gift is subject to availability. Once stock of the Chocolate Brown colourway is exhausted, Peony may substitute the Chambray (blue) colourway of equal value, or end the promotion early, at its sole discretion.
Returns: If any item(s) are returned from a qualifying order and the remaining order value (after the return) falls below the $300 threshold, the Gift must also be returned. If the Gift is not returned, its RRP value will be deducted from the refund amount owed.
The Gift has no cash value and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for credit. The Monogram Cap is available for individual purchase during the offer period at its regular price.
The Gift is not for resale. Peony Swimwear reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this offer, or these terms, at any time without prior notice.
If you would prefer the Chambray colourway, please leave a note within your order and we will endeavour to make this change for you manually at time of dispatch, wherever possible. As this is a manual process, we cannot guarantee the request will be actioned.
Standard Peony Swimwear shipping, delivery, and returns policies apply to all other items in the order.
Sale Goods are products offered at a reduced price compared to our regular retail price.
Items discounted by 40% or more are considered Final Sale Items. These purchases are final and cannot be exchanged or returned for any reason, except where required by law.
Items discounted by 39% or less are not Final Sale Items and are eligible for return or exchange in line with our standard return policy, provided they are unworn, unused, and returned with original tags and hygiene seals intact.
All Sale Goods — including Final Sale Items — remain fully covered by your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). This means that if an item is faulty, not as described, or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to a remedy such as repair, replacement, or refund.
If you believe a Sale Item is faulty, please contact us promptly with proof of purchase so we can assess your claim. Peony will cover return shipping costs for any item confirmed to have a manufacturing fault or defect.
For change-of-mind returns (where eligible), you must request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Prices shown on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Sale pricing is valid only while stocks last or during the advertised promotion period; Peony reserves the right to adjust or withdraw promotions prior to order acceptance.
