    This website is owned and operated by Peony Enterprises Pty Ltd (ABN 13 885 987 285) The following Terms and Conditions set out the agreement for online trading between Peony Enterprises Pty Ltd (ABN 13 885 987 285) (“Peony”) and the user of this website (“You”). Any access and use of information on this website including purchasing of our product/s is subject to the following term and conditions. At any time, Peony reserves the right to review and amend the Terms & Conditions. Peony therefore recommends you read our terms and conditions each time you visit our website.

    Return Timeframe
    Returns must be lodged within 14 days from delivery or they will not be accepted within our return portal.
  • III
    Brand New Condition
    All items must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed with hygiene liners and swing tags in place. Due to health regulations garments that are soiled, marked, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted.

    Return Shipping Costs
    A flat rate of $10 AUD applies to all Australian returns. A flat rate of $30 AUD applies to all New Zealand returns. This will be deducted from your refund amount.

    We want you to adore your peony pieces. You have 14 days from delivery to exchange your item/s for an alternate style or size. We offer Free Exchanges when exchanging for a different size or style. A Free Exchange is only eligible on the first exchange and multiple exchanges will incur a flate rate return fee. You can process your exchange via our return portal.

    Faulty Items
    All of our styles are handmade with care and are inspected before being shipped to ensure the highest quality garments are being sent to you. In the unlikely event that swimwear is faulty, please contact us immediately so we can arrange for a replacement. If the item is no longer in stock, we will issue a full refund.
  • VII
    To ensure the longevity of your pieces, please follow the care instructions on the label of your garment. We cannot fix colour fading, fabric deterioration, pulls or fabric piling, colour running or any symptoms caused by general wear and tear.
  • VIII
    This applies to all items in the 'Sale' category: collections/sale. As per the terms and conditions of peony, refunds will not be granted on sale items. Items returned are only valid for a store credit or exchange. peony reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion.
