Peony Swimwear is dedicated to customer service and satisfaction. If your swimwear does not fit perfectly the first time you are welcome to exchange it for another size, style or colourway.
Please note, Peony Swimwear does not give refunds for change of mind purchases. All items to be exchanged must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed with hygiene liners in place. Due to health regulations garments that are soiled, marked, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. For Australian returns, all exchange garments need to be returned within 7 working days from the date of delivery. For international returns, all claims must be lodged within 21 days from the date of shipping.
Peony Swimwear does not cover return postage costs. This cost is at your own expense. Please ensure your return package is prepaid and insured, for your protection, in case of loss or damage. Peony Swimwear is limited edition swimwear and for this reason we cannot guarantee sizes or styles will be available when exchanging. If the size or style you want is not available you will be given a store credit. Peony Swimwear does not offer refunds for change of mind.
All of our styles are handmade with care and are inspected before being shipped to ensure the highest quality garments are being sent to you. In the unlikely event that swimwear is faulty, you may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase. We will assess the fault upon return and reserve the right to repair or replace. If the item is no longer in stock, a full refund will be issued. We will not fix colour fading, burring or pulling, lack of elasticity, fabric deterioration and colour running. Please follow the care instructions on the label to prolong the life of your garment. Peony Swimwear is made from delicate materials and experiences normally “wear and tear” over time. Peony Swimwear holds a no warranty policy. Due to different qualities in computer screens, some garments may appear slightly different shade than they actually are.
To return your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we provide you with a Return Authorisation (RA) number. Once you have been assigned a RA number, please post your order to:

When returning goods, please enclose:
- Your goods for return, including packaging.
- A pre-paid postage bag pre-filled with return address information and contact details
