Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days via Australia Post.
Please allow 2–5 business days for delivery once dispatched.
Delivery
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information so you can follow its journey.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and delays outside our reasonable control, including customs delays, may occasionally occur.
Cancelling orders
We prepare orders quickly, so please take a moment to check your items, sizes, quantities and delivery address before placing your order. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will always do our best to accommodate your request, although changes cannot be guaranteed. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancel it. Eligible items can instead be returned once received in accordance with our Returns Policy.
Lost or Stolen Goods
If your parcel appears to be lost, delayed or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier or our Customer Care team and we will do our best to assist.
Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped within Australia and New Zealand include applicable GST.
Where additional duties or taxes apply to orders over $1,000 AUD, these costs are covered by peony.
