Shipping and Delivery

Within Australia - Standard Shipping

All orders placed before 3pm will be posted the same day for delivery within 2-4 working days for metro areas and 4-7 days for rural areas. Once your package has been posted you will be emailed a unique tracking number. No signature will be required on delivery. If you would like the added security of a signature on delivery, please email us and we will arrange this for you. Please keep in mind that purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed the following business day. 

Within Australia - Express Shipping

All orders placed before 3pm will be posted the same day for delivery the following business day provided you are within the guaranteed network. If you are not within the guaranteed network, we advise allowing 1-2 days for metro areas and 3-4 days for rural areas. Once your package has been posted you will be emailed a unique tracking number. No signature will be required on delivery. If you would like the added security of a signature on delivery, please email us and we will arrange this for you. Please keep in mind that purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed the following business day.

International - Express Shipping

All international orders are sent with an Express International Courier. This service is registered and fully trackable. Please refer to the below table which outlines the estimated delivery time to your country. Once your package has been posted you will be sent a confirmation email with tracking information. 

A signature will be required on delivery. If your package is not signed for upon delivery, a note will be left at your address with instructions to arrange redelivery. Peony Swimwear is not responsible for any import charges, duties or taxes for international sales. In some cases, packages can be delayed due to matters outside of our control. If you parcel is delayed, please email us and we get back to you with the whereabouts of your parcel as a matter of urgency.
