Returns and Exchanges

Peony is dedicated to customer service and satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange, the choice is yours. Returns are now FREE within Australia, and the process is simple. To make a return, simply follow the steps below.

*Please note, we do not offer free returns for sale items. You are still welcome to return your order for sale items for an exchange or refund, however, return postage is at your expense. 

Within Australia

Step 1 : Fill out the Return Form enclosed with your order. There is no need to email us for an RA number.
Step 2 : Send your item/s and the Return Form back to us, using the enclosed free Return Label. 
Step 3 : Drop the parcel at your local Australia Post Office or Post Box. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange and send you email confirmation. 

International

Step 1 : Fill out the Return Form enclosed with your order. There is no need to email us for an RA number.
Step 2 : Send your item/s, along with packaging and the Return Form to:

Step 3: Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange and send you email confirmation. Please note, we do not cover return shipping costs on international orders (although, we are working on it!)

Terms and Conditions

All parcels must be returned to us within 21 days of delivery and must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed with hygiene liners and swing tags in place. 

Please note, we do not cover return shipping costs on international orders (although, we are working on it). Please ensure your return package is prepaid and insured, for your protection, in case of loss or damage.

Peony Swimwear is limited edition swimwear and for this reason we cannot guarantee sizes will be available when exchanging. If the size or style you want is not available you will be given a full refund. Peony Swimwear does not cover customs duties or charges, which may apply depending on your country. 

All of our styles are handmade with care and are inspected before being shipped to ensure the highest quality garments are being sent to you. In the unlikely event that swimwear is faulty, please contact us immediately so we can arrange for a replacement. If the item is no longer in stock, we will issue a full refund. Please follow the care instructions on the label to prolong the life of your garment as we cannot fix colour fading, burring or pulling, lack of elasticity, fabric deterioration, colour running or any other symptoms of normal wear and tear.
